*کراچی: اسٹیٹ بینک سی پیک کی دسویں سالگرہ کے موقع پر 100 روپے کا یادگاری سکہ جاری کرے گا۔*اسٹیٹ بینک پاکستان بینک سروسز کارپوریشن کے کاؤنٹرز کے ذریعے آج 11 اگست سے 100 روپے کا سکہ فراہم کیا جائے گا۔ 100 روپے کا بنایا گیا سکہ گول شکل کا ہے اور اس کے کنارے ابھرے ہوئے ہیں۔سکے کا قطر 30 ملی میٹر اور وزن 13.5 گرام ہے جبکہ اسے تانبے اور نکل دھات سے بنایا گیا ہے جس میں تانبہ 75 فیصد اور نکل 25 فیصد شامل ہے۔سکے کے سامنے کی طرف وسط میں خوبصورتی سے بنایا ہوا 5 کونوں والا بڑا ستارہ ہے اور اس ستارے کے اندر فنکارانہ طور پر دائیں طرف ہلال اور ستارہ ہے (جیسا کہ پاکستان کے قومی پرچم پر موجود ہے) اور بائیں طرف 5 ستاروں کا جھرمٹ ہے (جیسا کہ چین کے قومی پرچم پر موجود ہے)۔سکے پر ستارے کے اوپر بالائی نصف دائرے میں انگریزی رسم الخط میں CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF CPEC اور زیریں نصف دائرے میں اردو رسم الخط میں “اسلامی جمہوریہ پاکستان” کے الفاظ کندہ ہیں۔ان دونوں سطروں کو دائیں اور بائیں دو چھوٹے ستاروں کی مدد سے الگ کیا گیا ہے۔ سکے کی قیمت بڑے ستارے کے دائیں اور بائیں جانب بالترتیب “100” اور اردو رسم الخط میں “روپیہ” میں لکھی گئی ہے۔سکے کے پچھلی طرف وسط میں خوبصورتی سے بنایا ہوا 5 کونوں والا بڑا ستارہ ہے۔ اس ستارے کے اندر فنکارانہ طور پر دائیں طرف ہلال اور ستارہ ہے اور بائیں طرف 5 ستاروں کا جھرمٹ ہے۔سکے کے بیرونی کنارے پر بالائی نصف دائرے میں انگریزی اور چینی رسم الخط میں “CHINA PAKISTAN ECONOMIC CORRDOR” اور اندرونی زیریں نصف دائرے میں اردو رسم الخط میں “پاکستان چین اقتصادی راہداری” کے الفاظ کندہ ہیں۔سکے کے بیرونی کنارے پر نچلے حصے میں انگریزی رسم الخط میں “FROM VISION TO REALITY” کے الفاظ لکھے گئے ہیں۔ ان دائروی سطروں کو دائیں اور بائیں 2 چھوٹے ستاروں کی مدد سے الگ کیا گیا ہے جبکہ ہندسوں میں بائیں طرف “2013” اور دائیں طرف “2023” تحریر ہے۔

1 لٹر پٹرول پر 100 روپے سے زائد ٹیکس ، اصل قیمت 166 روپے ہونے کا انکشاف پٹرولیم مصنوعات مہنگی کیے جانے کے حوالے سے اہم انکشافات سامنے آئے ہیں۔ نجی ٹی وی دنیا نیوز کے مطابق اوگرا کی جانب سے حکومت کو پٹرولیم مصنوعات 10 روپے مہنگی کرنے یا قیمتوں کو برقرار رکھنے کی تجاویز دی گئی تھیں تاہم وزارت خزانہ نے ناصرف اوگرا کی تجاویز مسترد کیں بلکہ حیران کن طور پر قیمتوں میں 20 روپے تک کا اضافہ کر دیا۔ میڈیا رپورٹس کے مطابق حکومت کی جانب سے اب ایک لیٹر پٹرول پر 100 روپے سے بھی زائد ٹیکس وصول کیا جا رہا ہے۔ حکومت نے عالمی منڈیوں سے 85 ڈالر فی بیرل کے حساب سے تیل خریدا، بین الاقوامی ٹیکس اور سرچارج شامل کر کے تیل کی قیمت 92 ڈالر 82 سینٹ فی بیرل بنتی ہے۔ پٹرول کی ایکس ریفائنری قیمت 166 روپے 37 پیسے فی لٹر بنتی ہے۔ تمام تر ٹیکسز عائد کرنے کے بعد بھی پٹرول کی قیمت 260 روپے فی لٹر بنتی تھی۔تاہم حکومت نے پٹرول پر کل 104 روپے ٹیکسز عائد کر کے قیمت 272 روپے کر دی ہے۔
